We want you to be happy with every photo.

Full refund if

• We miss the 24-hour delivery window for your order, or
• You're not happy with a photo after its one free redo.

How to request

Email hello@stagedpixel.com within 14 days of your order with your order reference or Stripe receipt. We reply within one business day.

Where the money goes

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
